This is such a wild toy! This has a great curve at the top so it gets far inside to your an** wall. There is one setting that vibrates the entire toy. The second setting has a motor that revolves around the base of the toy that feels really amazing! Its so soft to touch and fits perfectly! The remote is so convenient too! It is about the same size as an average 5-6 incher but it's stiff (no bend) so it *feels* bigger. I have found the stiffness has pros and cons: it's a little more difficult to take advantage of the full length relative to a regular silicone toy (at least for me), but the shape makes it easier to press a certain spot, so that hasn't been an issue. The vibration is fun but I honestly enjoy it just as much with the vibration off. It has a totally different feel for me than a typical toy (even ones that are bigger).
